2. 編制為string trio [violin, viola and cello or 2 violins and cello]
3. 長度為6分鐘以下

各位會員好：
繼 2011 年臺灣舉辦曲盟音樂節與大會後，明年（2018）將再度由我國主辦此盛會，音樂節將在 2018 年 10 月舉行。
此次音樂節徵曲分為管弦樂、國樂合奏、合唱、中西混合室內樂、室內樂、擊樂重奏、電聲／多媒體等七大類，詳細規範請見附件。以上徵曲將於 2018/3/31 截止（送達，非郵戳為憑）。
另外，此次開放 30歲以下作曲家（1987/10/19 後出生）投稿「青年作曲獎」，編制為二重奏（詳細樂器規範請見附件）八分鐘內作品。由於青年作曲獎每一國家僅能一件參賽，請有意投稿青年作曲獎之作曲家於 2018/6/20 前送達協會，以利評選。

The 35th ACL Conference and Festival Young Composers Competition
Within 8 mins. A work written for a duet of two heterogeneous instruments, from the following two groups respectively:
Group A: Violin, Viola, Violoncello and Double Bass
Group B: Flute/Picc, Oboe, B♭/A Clarinet and Bassoon
Each ACL country shall select a Young Composer Representative under the age of 30 (born after Oct. 19, 1987), and the score should be received by ACL-Taiwan BEFORE July 1, 2018.

IMPORTANT
Each applicant can submit up to 2 compositions. When a composition is selected to be performed in the festival, the applicant needs to provide a score and parts at no charge, and is responsible for clearing all the performance-related rights of the piece. If the composition includes traditional instruments that cannot be found in Taiwan, the applicant needs to provide the instruments for rehearsal and performing use, and to invite instrumentalists when needed.
The host country will ONLY consider applications sent through ACL official members.
Any compositions previously submitted to any ACL music festivals cannot be submitted to this festival. The Applicant must submit one score (copied and bound). For electroacoustic compositions, one score or guide and the system plan must be submitted.

Asian Music Festival(AMF) 2017 in Japan
Asian Music Festival (AMF) 2017 in Japan will be held on November 2and 3, 2017 in Tokyo, two days of events aimed at providing enjoyment for a broad variety of audiences, composers and musicians on the theme ”Prayer”. For this festival, we, the JFC, are seeking compositions from member countries of the Asian Composers League (ACL).
When: November 2, 3 2017 (2 days, 4 concerts)
Venues: Tsukiji Hongwanji Temple(Chuo City), Anyouin Temple(Itabashi City)
Performers: undecided
Eligibility
1. Each entrant is allowed to submit one work only.
2． The work must be in only one category from the following list:
a) Chamber orchestra “Conductors are Composers”
Maximum of 15 performers from the following instruments: 1fl, 1ob, 1cl, 1bsn, 2 hrn,1trp,1trb,1hrp, perc(2 performers), 2vn, 1vla, 1vc, 1cb. The maximum duration is 15 minutes, in order to perform as many pieces as possible.
b) Chamber music
Chamber music within 12minutes, within 5 performers from
the following instruments:1fl, 1ob,1cl, 1bsn,1hrn, 2vn,1vla,1vc,
1 shakuhachi, 1shamisen and 1koto.
c) Electroacoustic music
Electroacoustic work within10 minutes. (2 channel speaker)
Composer must operate the computer by her/himself at the concert on 3rd November.
3． The score, along with the title of the work, the composer’s name in English on the cover and the following information (a–k) must be submitted. The information should be written either in Japanese or in English and, where applicable, Chinese names should include the equivalent Chinese ideographs.

The composers are asked to waive the right to any and all possible broadcasting of the selected work (in part or in whole, in any style or method of program; news, musical or otherwise).
7．The organizers are unable to cover the performance fee, airfare and accommodation

The 34th ACL Conference and Festival
Asian Music Festival (AMF) 2016 in Vietnam
The 2nd "Asia - Europe" New Music Festival and The 34th Asian Composers League (ACL) Festival & Conference in Vietnam in 2016, will be held from October 12–18, 2016 in Hanoi capital and Vinh Yen city (Vinh Phuc province), seven days of events aimed at providing enjoyment for a broad variety of audiences, composers and musicians. For this festival, we, the Vietnam Musicians’ Association, are seeking compositions from members from music organizations of countries Asia and Europe.
Time: October 12–18, 2016 (7 days)
Venues: Hanoi capital and Vinh Yen city, Vinh Phuc province.
Performers: Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra, Choir of Vietnam National Opera and Ballet, Chamber Orchestra of Vietnam National Academy of Music, Military University of Culture and Arts, Choir of the National University of Art Education, famous artists of Vietnam and international…
Eligibility:
1 Only ACL members may submit a piece through their local ACL sections.
Each entrant is allowed to submit one work only.
In any category, playing inside the piano, or any kind of preparation of the piano, is prohibited.
2． The work must be in only one category from the following list:

「音樂台灣2015作品發表會」將於今年12月於台北、高雄舉行，即日起開始徵曲，送件截止日為2015年7月31日(送達)。
徵選內容：
1. 台北場：五人以內重奏、獨奏作品，可包含國樂器，不含打擊樂器(若有指揮，指揮者亦計入編制人數)。
2. 高雄場：五人以內擊樂重奏、獨奏作品，可包含西洋樂器，擊樂重奏編制者優先錄取(若有指揮，指揮者亦計入編制人數)。
備註：因演出場館與預算限制，徵選作品排除電子音樂與預置鋼琴。
徵曲規定：
1. 資格：亞洲作曲家聯盟台灣總會會員(非會員者可填寫入會申請書，入會後即可投件)。
2. 每人得繳交至多兩首作品。
徵選辦法：
1. 每首徵選作品皆須繳交總譜、樂曲解說一份(可附先前演出錄音)，連同徵曲資料表寄至：25199新北市淡水郵政2-40號信箱(信封上請註明參加「音樂台灣2015作品發表會」)，或親自交予蔡淩蕙秘書長(國立臺北藝術大學傳統音樂學系)。

Each ACL country shall select a Young Composer Representative under the age of 30 (born after 20 Sep, 1982). The deadline for the Young Composers' Competition is 3 May, 2013.
Conditions for submissions
The applicant whose composition has been selected to be performed in the festival needs to provide a score and parts at no charge, and is responsible for clearing all performance-related rights of the piece.
Although submissions from composers throughout the world will be accepted, priority will be given to composers who are current members of any of the ACL Member Country organizations, or are Individual or Associate Members of the ACL (please see the Asian Composers League website for a full list of these members).
Composers who are current members of any of the ACL Full or Associate Member Organisations, or are themselves Individual or Associate Members of the ACL do not need to include an entry fee.
Non-members must include an entry fee of US$10 (max. of 2 works), made out to the Asian Composers League (please contact treasurer@asiancomposersleague.com for more information). Preference will be given to works that are in some ways engaged with Asian musical traditions and concepts.
Each composer from the ACL Member Country organization may submit up to 2 works of different categories for the festival. Submitted works should preferably be composed in or after year 2001. Any compositions previously performed at any ACL music festival cannot be submitted to this festival.
All submitted material is non-returnable.
What and how to submit
Applicants should send all the required materials and a signed Application Form to their own ACL national sections. Each Full and Associate Member Organisation will then collate all entries and forward to ACL-Singapore by the deadlines stated above. No entry fee is required. The following are required with each submission:
· A bound score.
· Sound recording of the notated work, if available.
· A recent photo of the composer, a biography (150 words), and programme notes (150 words) on a CD.
· For electroacoustic compositions, one score or guide and the system plan must be submitted.

B. String Quartet + (6-12min)
2 violins, 1 viola, 1 cello, 1 piano. Work can be for the size of a trio up to the size of a quintet.
C. Art Song (4-6min)
A work for solo voice or duet (soprano, mezzo-soprano, tenor, and bass) unaccompanied or accompanied by up to 2 instruments. The instruments should be readily available such as piano, guzheng, cello, etc. If any language other than English is used in the composition, a translation of the text in English must be submitted together with the score. Otherwise the submission will not be accepted.
D. Chinese Chamber Ensemble (6-10min)
Plucked Strings: 1 Pipa , 1 Yangqin , 3 Ruan (Liuqin , Zhongruan , Daruan),1 Guzheng
Bowed String: 1 Gaohu (Erhu, Ban hu), 2 Erhu, 2 Zhong Hu, 1 Cello, 1 Contrabass

Audio or audio-visual submissions. Up to 4-channel sound system, with or without acoustic instruments. (No more than 2 acoustic instruments - piano, flute, clar, vln). Score, recording (CD, DVD) and/or guide of technical plan must be included.
H. Percussion Group - Only for Young Composers’ Competition (8-10min)
A solo work or a work for up to 3 percussionists. The available instruments are as follow:

Each ACL country will select a Young Composer Representative under the age of 30 (born after 20 Sep, 1982), and send the score to ACL-Singapore before 3 May, 2013.
